Washington DC gurduwara

The Walk will be on Sunday, October 14th from 1:45pm-6pm

Proud Punjabi would like to extend an invite to all community members this coming Sunday, October 14, 2018, to participate in the annual Interfaith Unity Walk event that will be held in Washington, D.C. We would like to request your assistance to serve and volunteer at SIKH GURUDWARA D.C., between 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.. We will need as many hands possible to provide guidance on Sikh religious rituals and practices, a tour of the Gurudwara, and to serve langar. Please tell your friends and family they would like to assist in Gurudwara activities. The Gurudwara is located at 3801 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016

So, what is the Unity Walk? The Unity Walk is a public demonstration of solidarity and unity for all faith groups (Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, and others) in the DC metro area. It is an amazing experience to learn and explore about various faiths and get answers to your questions, serve the community, and have a great meal.
